The April meeting got under way around 1230PM. The President couldn't stay for the duration due to other commitments, so the barbeque went on hiatus, allowing the Lynn Smith to work the front desk. In place of the barbeque, pizzas were generously donated by Council member Mario Ledesma, and Lynn Smith brought in nachos with vegetarian chili. Nominations were again called, and Eric Hoffman offered to run. Rod Barroso stepped down from running for Council to work more on the IE, so with nominations totaling 5, it was decided to forego the election in May. Minor announcements were made concerning upcoming DVD releases of Classic Doctor Who. Programming got under way as we welcomed the start of Series 4 of Doctor Who, and viewed the finale to Series 2 of Torchwood. The meeting ran until 5PM.
The Time Meddlers is celebrating 20 years, and beyond, and we would like to continue to get the word out about our club. But as with all politicians, we're not sure what to do, so send us some ideas.
